Um, why not use the terms Dominant and Submissive if you think that people aren't going to know what "uke" and "seme" means? They're based on Japanese words so english-speakers (who are clueless about anime) are more likely not going to understand
Also, the word is spelled "canon," not "cannon" as in "cannonball."
The first three couples you listed for "canon" are not "canon" since they don't openly exist in any medium of the Sonic franchise. They're simply your "headcanons."
